You may use WhatAI for lawful purposes to discover, research, and compare AI tools for personal or business use. You are permitted to:

• Browse the AI tools directory and read tool descriptions
• Use the search and filter features
• Subscribe to our newsletter
• Submit AI tools for listing consideration
• Share links to WhatAI pages

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the directory content systematically without written permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service at scale
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent tool listings
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, rankings, or reviews
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers
• Transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonate WhatAI, our staff, or any other person or entity
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

WhatAI strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information about AI tools. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any tool descriptions, pricing information, or feature lists. Information about third-party products may change without notice.

Always verify pricing, features, and terms directly with the tool provider before making a purchase decision.

By submitting an AI tool for listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit the tool (you are the owner or an authorized representative)
• All submitted information is accurate and not misleading
• The tool is a legitimate, functional software product
• The tool does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• You will notify us of material changes to the tool's description, pricing, or availability

WhatAI reserves the right to decline, remove, or modify any tool listing at our sole discretion, including if:

• The tool is found to be inaccurately described
• The tool violates our content standards or applicable law
• The tool provider requests removal
• The listing contains spam or manipulated content

Removal of a listing does not entitle the submitter to a refund of any paid listing fees.

WhatAI offers paid listing plans (Basic and Featured). By purchasing a paid listing:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published
• Featured placement is for the agreed term only; renewal is required to maintain featured status
• We do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic volumes
• Paid placement does not affect our editorial ratings or reviews

The WhatAI website, including its design, layout, text, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to WhatAI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as saving a page for your own reference).

Tool names, logos, and descriptions may be trademarks or copyrighted material belonging to their respective owners. WhatAI uses these for editorial and informational purposes only.

By submitting content to WhatAI (including tool descriptions and contact information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish that content in connection with the Service. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHATAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
